What Is Grief Counseling?
Grief counseling offers a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can express and process your feelings of loss. Together, we’ll work through the complex emotions that come with grief—sadness, anger, guilt, confusion—and explore tools to support your healing.
You don’t have to “get over it.”
You deserve space to move through it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t know how to talk about my grief?
That’s completely okay. We’ll move at your pace—there’s no right way to begin.
How soon after a loss can I begin counseling?
You can begin whenever you feel ready. Some come immediately after a loss, others months or years later. Both are valid.
Will I be told to move on or “find closure”?
No. This is a space to feel and honor what’s real. We focus on healing, not rushing.
Do you support grief beyond death?
Yes—grief can come from many forms of loss, and all of it is welcome here.
How long does grief counseling last?
There’s no set timeline. Some clients come for a few sessions; others for ongoing support.
