Hello, I’m Tamara, the founder of Renewed Peace, a supportive haven for those navigating life’s transitions, emotional struggles, and personal growth. Whether you’re dealing with grief, anxiety, burnout, or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and compassion.

My mission is clear: to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build the life you truly deserve.

A Little About Me

As a North Carolina native, I have a deep appreciation for community, faith, and the importance of feeling at home within yourself. Outside of my therapy practice, I love volunteering with local organizations, spending quality time with my family, and exploring wellness through spiritual practices and creative pursuits.

Over the years, I’ve learned that healing isn’t a straight path, but it is always attainable. Even in our most challenging moments, we have the capacity to move forward, transform, and heal.

My Therapeutic Approach

With over 30 years of experience in clinical and community mental health, I’ve supported clients from all walks of life. I specialize in helping adults facing:

I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating:
